Kharadi Chain Snatching: Woman Robbed of Mangalsutra Worth ₹3.1 Lakh, Locals Demand More Patrolling

A shocking chain snatching incident in Kharadi has left residents concerned for their safety. The incident occurred on Wednesday evening around 6:40 PM near Puneri Sweet, Tuljabhawani Nagar, when a 45-year-old woman walking alone was targeted by three unidentified individuals on a motorcycle.

The gang swiftly snatched her gold Mangalsutra worth ₹3,10,000 before speeding away. The victim, visibly shaken, promptly lodged a complaint at the local police station. Despite the complaint and initial search efforts, no arrests have been made yet, and the snatchers remain at large.
