Pune – A shocking incident occurred in the early hours of April 2, 2025, in Pune’s Sadashiv Peth area. A 24-year-old man was recording a video outside Udyaan Mangal Karyalay when an unidentified biker approached and snatched his expensive smartphone, worth ₹1,01,800, before fleeing the scene.
According to the FIR registered at Khadak Police Station (CR No. 204/2025 under IPC Section 304), the victim, a resident of Sadashiv Peth, was using his phone around 2:30 AM when the robbery took place. The accused, who is yet to be identified, came on a motorcycle, grabbed the phone from the victim’s hand, and escaped swiftly.
