Pune Man Killed in Truck Accident on Nagar Road
Bhavika Diyavarshetty Files Complaint Against Truck Driver
A 22-year-old resident of Chandannagar, Pune, Bhavika Diyavarshetty, has filed a complaint against a truck driver following the death of her father, Gopi Venkat Dyavarshetty, in a road accident.
The incident occurred on May 10th, 2024, at around 2:00 pm on Pune Nagar Road, opposite Sai Satyam Park and Sardar Biryani Hotel on the Pune-Ahmednagar Lane in Wagholi.
According to the complaint (Lonikand Po Stay 476/2024, Bhadvik 279,338,304 (a) Md. Whey. Act 184,119/177), the truck driver was operating the vehicle recklessly, disregarding traffic rules, and driving at high speed.
The complaint alleges that the driver’s actions resulted in the death of the victim, 52-year-old Gopi Venkat Dyavarshetty, who was a resident of Raghavendra Nagar Kharadi Chandan Nagar Pune. The complaint states that Mr. Dyavarshetty was struck by the truck and sustained fatal injuries.
