Position: Call Center Agent Location: Swargate, Pune
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our call center team in Swargate, Pune. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and efficient manner
- Accurately enter customer information into the company’s database
- Meet performance targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
